How to Use
---------------------------------------------------------
1. Open:
Just double-click the .html file.

2. Load:
Click "Open File" and select your cabal_msg.dec.
*Note:* If you see weird characters (alien text), try changing the encoding dropdown (top-left) to TIS-620 (Thai) or Windows-1251 (Russian) before opening.

3. Edit:
Use the Sidebar to switch views:
- Dashboards (NPC/World/Server) allow quick navigation via Grid.
- Pairing Mode is best for editing Items/Skills descriptions together.
- Raw Categories gives you the full raw list by tags.

4. Save:
Click "Save .dec". It will download the new file ready to copy-paste into your client folder.
