I solved this "problem", but I can't explain exactly what I changed. I edited line 4 (beginning from "1") in PremiumService.scp - changed "0" to "1" for "Warehouse", "Warehouse2", "WarehouseUseFlag", "Special_Inven ". May be I forgot something...

First answer: Account DB-> Stored Procedures -> cabal.tool.registeraccount (idk exactly but seems this like)
Second answer: that is your work... if you want good protection or more includes, you need to work with it. no one will share his hard work. example ask PunkS7yle for unpacked TG cabalmain.exe files. But i dont give any hope for you

This is a common error. Everytime I restart my server this thing happens. I solved it by restarting the service of every channel. It might works for you too.After you restart wait for a few seconds.

service WorldSvr_01_01 stop
service WorldSvr_01_01 start

my channel have the same error like brunotaka,he doesnt appear...in logs have somethings like
OnIPGMAuthRequest : KeepAlive (False) Data/Item.scp Data/Mobs.scp Data/Warp.scp,sorry for this ex for error,i am on school and i cant remember the exactly name of error and in Worldsvr_01_01.log are
GetPathString Section etc/caba/Item.scp

I got same problem, cant see any chanels. After writing service cabal status I have only 1 problem: AgentShop_01 is stopped. I tried run it manually but when I write AgentShop_01 start , or service AgentShop_01 start, after using status I see "is stopped".
About chanels I used service WorldSvr_01_01 stop, and WorldSvr_01_01 start, and still dont have any chanels. I tried WorldSvr_01_01 restart, and later reload and also same. If anyone could help I would be greatful. Thx

ps. sth is strange with this worldsvr_01_01 because I tested a bit restarting and reloading and this is the efect
