Think again if you believe a single-threaded resource hogging scripting language called NodeJS is more scalable than C++.

I said about server side and was not about scalable or not .
how much the players will play on your server ? did u need scalable ?
how expensive when u scale an windows application ? ( current Gunz Server is windows based and db is MSSQL )

I wanna change to Linux based so i choose nodejs for easy development on server side

To be honest, GunZ never has and never will need actual scaling. Everything is chunked lists sent based on certain event scenarios. Even the clan war queue is just a chunked list. Big data is never a concern for a game of this margin.

Wucas is big working man after graduating, he plays Smite from time to time, MIA from the scene.
I sort of came back to modeling and figured out a few new things to play with, so I am still here lmao (and starting to learn some Python basics OH EM GEE).
