Cant login

hi people,
im new here and i need to know something

my server is ok,but i can not login whit the client, i have shared the Og client whi the sauron patch, i have pu the ini whit the gameserver ip but say me failed connect to the server

2 question: how can i make a account for login?

if u use 2.8 repack...and u had auto restart crash channel enabled and u reconfigured the server thats the problem
so you can stop that ,restart centos and reconfig your server and that should be fixed

but, i think no need acc for test or server works,if u can connect
then u see message like this,bad acc name or password..
now u cant connect to server and get message like this bla bla bla try again later,yes?
