Check the 1st post, its been updated - 09/21/2023 - All Links Get Down Again! I don't have any file anymore, i've lost all my files from Black Desert Online, if you have a mirror link, send to me and i'll update the thread. Otherwise if nobody can help, i'll request for disable this megathread.
Depending what files you need you will need to look through the other BDO posts to find what you need, the public server and emu files (depending on what you can run) are still around.

Now no one is openly working on the emulator. Perhaps no one is working on them at all, with the exception of Gamez and Melissia. But there are guys who are now working on modifications and updates for retail files.

Because the official server requires too much memory. So the average person can't fulfill the requirements. So there are fewer people researching it.

Right now we are working on modifying the corsair version and adding a reboot, dracania and a winter region to it. So yes it is possible, but very difficult.
