Ascent Is there a de-leveling command?

Yeah so I have a command list but I don't see how to lower my level.. just raise it.
Say I'm level 70 and I want to be level 10, I cn't just say .level 10 because it'll just add 10 levels onto what I already am D:

If anyone can let me know the command to lower my level, I would really appreciate it.
