This is the Official Azure Help Thread. This means: Everything question related to azure must be maded here. This includes: Questions about bugs (how to fix it, for instance). Feel free to also post Fixes here as long as it follows the section rules.

We wanna keep things organised. Consider this thread as a book. We will address proper fixes in this post, for faster searching and going to the pages.

thanks but now when i go on localhost it shows a blank white screen nothing else

Thats because you have https instead of http in the domain.

Go to Init.php and change all https:// to http://

You don't need Execute sql.sql from /Etc/
AzureWEB automatically executes the SQL file.

The Database Invalid details is when your database isn't compatible or invalid details, in this case is incompatible database.

I have 4 weeks a azure emulator r63c hotel. With much players. But 5 days ago 70% cant join anymore. With the reason 'Disconnecting player with invalid SSO ticket' can somebody helpme ? golden answer earns 5 dollar paypal

If your on Google chrome, while the client is loading click on f12 then Console tab and post the log here.

Yeah the user before your post had this problem to, while the client is loading click on f12 then Console tab and post the log here, if your on google chrome.

Download Composer from getcomposer.net

set your path to php.exe

and then go to your azureweb folder and then right click and open CMD.

This is what ovrflowd posted before:

You need open Windows CMD.

Go the folder where is composer.json, click with SHIFT + Right Mouse Pointer in some location of the folder, will appear "Open Command Prompt Here", when open, type "composer install"
After finish open azureweb.cmd, and woala. enter localhost.

Getting this error when installing composer:

Some settings on your machine make Composer unable to work properly.
Make sure that you fix the issues listed below and run this script again:

The openssl extension is missing, which means that secure HTTPS transfers are impossible.
If possible you should enable it or recompile php with --with-openssl

openssl is enabled in php.ini.

My hotel works perfectly yesterday. Today loading stucks at 76%. The emulator shows nothing, and the console in the browser shows: [Bugsnag] Invalid API key 'undefined'

How to fix?

Update:
Solved. My new network blocked the ports 30000 and 30001.

AzureWEB itself works without XAMPP.

Yes, I have installed composer (Xampp PHP).

It finally worked (not as I expected. I had to change the url to localhost/administration and so the setup was successfully finished :w00t:

Now I get the following error:

But with some workarounds like changing manually username, newbie status and stuffs I can go through, but then I am facing the following one:

When the Emulator is not online it just keeps loading with no error.

I downloaded a new revision and then I was able to turn on debbuging log, so now the emulator shows that:

As far i can see AzureWEB wasn't totally configured. Since i can see some Variables wrong.

Any ideas why the installer isn't finishing itself correctly? I attached some logs early in the post.
