Try do you have a ping to 192.168.200.100
You can start the client without launcher,just create a bat file with your parameters:

bless.exe BlessUnleashedLauncher -authaddr=192.168.200.100:9900 -LoginID=<WRITE YOUR USERNAME HERE>

not really. i just packed bless.exe with spec argument what i defined in my own launcher. so bless.exe will not start at alone
