I Did a full update on my Lineage 2 C3, and i put the all files from http://hosted.filefront.com/Kotopuffs/1522919 and i Put them into my C:\Programs\Lineage II And i went to start it up and it is still C3 not C4......

someone tested the NA c4 PTS and said it has smilar bug as the c4 Korean client has...

unable to learn skills or smthing thats what ive heard so far... dont know about ss spam
