these ports are on the .ini servers files
8021, 10002, 20000, 2041, 2031, 16001, 8008, 18002, 15002, 5001, 27888, 5002, 12001, 4031, 16000, 17000, 18000, 8011, 8041, 16002, 17002, 8031, 80, 10001
but im not sure if its necessary to open all of them

I arrived at a similar conclusion but it seemed very strange to have to open that many ports.
I'll go through those and see if any are unnecessary

Has anyone encountered this issue with the billserver?

I had it working earlier but now it seems to error out again, checked my XAMPP but it looks like nothing is logged. checked the billserver logs aswell and it doesn't really provide anything meaningful.

I had this error initially but i fixed it before by updating my XAMPP env, but i haven't changed it since then.

LobbyServer: 12001 (TCP)

I checked on the official one in Steam with Process Explorer those are the two open ports.
But I had no luck making a working server over the net, it always freezes after login data is entered.

for this i also couldn't figure it out without doing most of the ports I could find,

in the end just ended up doing a wireguard instance to test

I managed to get all the things up and running, but now I have 2 different issues - Bill server shows couldn't connect to server (and the json error) and Lobby Server shows "Session disconnected: Null context". Any ideas?

Whenever I start the server up I get some items in the inbox (a couple of cases, recon vest and the AT22). How do I disable this?
Also, does anyone know how to add NX?

Actually you don't really need a CS server for cash/NX stuffs if you have some fundamental C++ knowledge, although not fully working.

For example, you can just send the balance number to client by "pUser->SetBillBalance(10000000, 10000000);" somewhere in the lobby server.

Similarly, to purchase cash items you can bypass billing part, i.e., just calling result handlers to complete the buying process, all required information are there before sending billing requests.

One more hint, you also need to trigger PickupProcess manually to reload the inventory list after buying, otherwise re-login may be needed.
