what really new in the files clan system working ?

i haven't touched anything. I don't know enough on the dev side to tweak anything and expect it to work. I'm a rez modder lol not a server dev. Trust me, i wish I could make it work

you'd be surprised what you can get away with with Lithtech rez modding... I made wall hacks with a hex editor like 15 years ago in 2010 for CA.

Can someone help me with billserver? It doesn't connect to joinserver, so I changed the port and it connected and appeared connected, but then I entered the game, I log in and it just stays on the loading screen, it doesn't connect to the server.

I followed a tutorial video that was shared here on the forum. I carefully configured everything exactly as shown in the video and used the same files whenever possible. Despite following the steps 100%, I'm encountering a problem when trying to log in through the client: I get the following error message:

**Failed to login! (ErrorCode = 196623)**

I'm running everything on localhost. My XAMPP server is up and running, SQL Server is properly configured exactly as shown in the tutorial, and ODBC settings were also configured accordingly. I've replaced *all* IPs in the `.INI` files with `127.0.0.1`.

If anyone can lend a hand, I'd truly appreciate it. I've spent days trying to get this working, and now I'm stuck at this login issue when attempting to sign in using the test user: `ashlay/test`.

I’ve attached all the screenshots I thought might help in diagnosing the issue.

I'm looking for the **BR version of the client** (the Portuguese-language version), as I saw other users successfully running their servers with it — but unfortunately, I don't have that version. If anyone is willing to share it, I’d be very grateful!

At first, the database connection seemed to work fine, since I was able to log in using the ashlay/test account. However, I get stuck on the screen that shows the available servers — it displays an error message, and when I click OK, the client simply closes. I can't get past that point.

Are you sure you are using the database ashlay uploaded (located in servers archive under BAK directory)?

I had the same issue and it restoring the database ashlay uploaded solved it.
