I'd like the name in it to be R3D...

Is it for CS:Source or 1.6 if it is for source i can make u one just tell me what u want the pic to be and what u want the name to say. I might be able to make u one for 1.6 but havent tryed for a longggg time.

What are the sig settings for 1.6 just need that then i'll start working on it.. file type, size by kb, demensions.
