ok i got my exporter working -.-

but i created a new shield , but when i export it .. ingame it shows nothing ^^

anyone got an explanation? , i used an old model of a sword , took some things i needed , edited poop into a shield

edite positioning etc , export , nothing ingame ^^

please answer for one time

After Exporting and importing exported model:

After deleted vertex groups: (import exported model)

If i waana change vertex group names then i get "..." error when try to export

this is the error u get in console when u try to import models.

(i have python installed on my pc)

struct.error: unpack requires a string argument of length 6

You could've at least specified the file(s) you've tried importing.

Download below. When over writing the *.py files, look for *.pyc, which are compiled versions and delete them as well.

Download below. I believe I had fixed this problem with Gorlian. Your file was of no use. You should have saved your modifications in a *.blend file and attached it instead.

*.blend files are my best friend. I won't re-distribute any of the models and once a bug has been fixed I will distroy the evidence.

...The next release will be minor and will include working functionality for rotation and scale, export all, and minor fixes like the one above...

Development has been preocupied with my fixed PS3 and my collaboration project for CABAL online. This is nothing new and you'll should be use to my laziness by now :p

Version 0.0.4 Unstable (Special thanks to: Gorlian, 007Luk, and Salvation)

  • Fixed import UV coordinate layout
  • Fixed export file writing mode to 'write binary' (cause for the majority of Windows client problems)
  • Fixed exporting vertex weights for versions 10 and lower (may represent new problems)
  • Fixed exporting animations when none are present
  • Added exporting functionality for scale, rotation, and flipping normals (defaults: right handed to left handed)
The next version will focus on fixing more bugs, completing export all functionality, and attempting to solve collision meshes.

Version 0.0.5 Unstable Quick Fix

  • Fixed armature exporting
  • Fixed weight exporting
  • Fixed export scale and rotation
Looks like I have to re-evaluate the source code (what a mess) because each new fix breaks something else. In it's current state, 007Luk, has made some progression by creating new armour and attempted new monsters which didn't work out in game because of the missing collision mesh and therefore wouldn't take damage when attacked. What can I say? it's a work in progress...
