How to get war(terraglocia) working

As off MrMentalSensei tutorial i installed the server
I starded with just one channel
Bu now i wand to test war channel out but war channel never starded how to get this gooing ??

seems i got tg working but when its done servers dont go off

i have made a script to start and stop my war channels
and works fine
but crontab dousnt work
