alright everything is running just fine.
now I want to change the monster spawns...
Why is the monsters.txt empty?
where are they defined?

where should i get or where will i know it? sorry for this. and if i found it, everything will work smoothly? sorry. hope you understand.

means u must do it manually from [ODBC Sources] search on start>

I did try OBDC.reg 64bit then it appears that OBDC connect fail. :<:

i told u u must go to ODBC Sources and add manually or edit ur muonline database. then all will be ok.

I have the same problem. I'm running a 64 bits system to and I used the ODBC (64bit). Still having the same problem.

There should be a new guide for the 2011 update, because the other one is different and uses the old files.

If someone could explain step by step what to do, that should help alot of people.

I want to express my gratitude to karli for giving us his services. My global ip seems to be much different then the one you have, I don't know why but my global and local ip are the same.:tongue:

-This is my first attempt to open a server of Mu, exclusively for testing. I want to open it offline.

My First Question Is.. What Ip i do Use For Open it Offline only for my PC. Here i Have Network Sharing Internet Whit Router.
I see in DOS(command ipconfig/all) My Connection Local Ip's
Sufix Dns>192.168.254.9 My Ip Local(ipv4)10.12.25.2 default Gateway 10.12.25.1
what of That ips i do use for open it Offline?:?:

1. 192.168.254.9 is the ip if u want to Run Server offline
2. you must go to "X:\MuOnline91283\ Run Server\" and run from 1 to 4
if u keep getting the error of server adress and ports means .. u must go to C:\MuOnline91283\GS\
make shortcut of runserver.exe and Right click properties > on Target put
"C:\MuOnline91283\GS\RunServer.exe 127.0.0.1 55970 127.0.0.1 55960 55901"
3. for the Event error you should be sure that u restored ur Event database on Enterprise Manager with name "Event"
otherwise u should go to start> search "ODBC Sources" Click system DSN > and Configure Event , MU2003_EVENT_DB > On Server put (local) instead 127.0.0.1 if there is not 127.0.0.1 then put Ur pc Name for example "Ragezone-PC"
then Apply and click ok.. then run again EventServer.. .. .. if same problem then run again "ODBC.reg" and check.

Only Events Erro, but all runing and ready.
i make when u say for Event Error(just restore again the database Event) and make it....
In ODBC Souces Config, i Put in Event and MU2003_EVENT_DATA >Server>"nameofmypc-PC"
I think all ok ips/Sql (whitch ip u Said "192.168.254.9" configured But when i open Client (i edited Ip in Main to "192.168.254.9) but i can't login to server T_T Just Disconnect

you need to hex main's IP and serial and version

like what you have in your X:/data/lang/commonloc

then hex your main with those serial and version

and with your IP,,

Guys one Question i have.. Here i have alot conections like( VmwarePlayer,Tunngle,Hamachi And Local)
i'm Member of a Network Shared Conection, that network have router Whitch Firewall.
for open my server Offiline.. i need to open any port in router or firewall etc?
i make all ok.. but can't login to game T_T just disconected =x

you can use main cracker to change serial and version ,,

and use hex editor to change main IP

there is guide how to hex edit main IP

you can use search button

I already did It.. i use MUCracker and put same this:

and i already change ip in main whitch Hex Editor.
and the problem continues just DC T_T.
