So i was download On-Tera & TERASHOCK - bouth is 17.xx and work with GS wery well
For launching me use

BAT-file &

EXE-file, puted in main Client's folder.
Inside TERA-Localhost.exe path to file server-list is

I use WAMPserver, and path is %WAMPSERVER%\www\server and in this folder i put serverlist.en
Run Apache, MySQL 5.5, create DB terax1 and execute terax1.sql, correct fonfig-files(set standard port) and run JAVA-server(JDK 7u75).
Bat-file TERA-Single.bat u can fix write your's login/password hash and they will put in DB automaticaly because accounts autocreate is active by default
It's work.
But gemaplay is strange - possible rate multiplay is not 1, and loot from MOBS is ugly, part of quests is unreliased/

Sorry if i said hate-words to developer, but game is work, and it's gr8

Thanks @TieLay but what's the correct or standart port, and where will be change? I have changed the port on server.xml to standard but when I execute single.bat I have the same error, can't find ssnl

check better config folder, you i'll find rates exp for everything in server files

create a java project, delete everything on folder src and place tera folder from source code like this

then go to library folder on project and add all libs from server with exception of stera

can be compiled with Jdk 1.8
