OK, I forgot which Xnova release I downloaded, so I am hoping the database and admin panels are the same.

Where/How in database or elsewhere can I add/edit debris fields?

I think he want to add or edit the current debris field value of any planet from the universe.

Well you have to go in the database at the galaxy table. Select row ( planet ) from there and edit the metal and crystal columns because as you know there arent any deuterium debris.
