well you have to have a user and password
have you tested that username "sa" and password "123456" works or no?
you dont show that you've input a user/pass so i'll start with the dumb question and work my way forward >.<

What I'm getting at, did you verify that the msqyl user/password can not only be accessed locally on the server, but also have permissions to remotely access the server?
Does the server have ufw firewall enabled? verify with command -> ufw status
I cannot say whether the user has permission to access your database without your testing it. ;-)
Henmoro would best be able to answer what the default user/passwd is for mysql and whether its set for remote access by default. I do not use this server, but try to help out the best I can based on your responses.
