Star Topography closes itself without fail. why?

Topography crash has nothing to do with the API itself.

(5) means access denied.

Since you're running your server from disk C:\, you need to elevate the privileges to execute the process

I had this problem too long time ago, my workaround is set your topo bin to run as administrator or the best way is move the server files to other disk different than C:\ (D:\, F:\ etc.)

Yeah, that's the problem,

The computer you use as server must be in english or korean language.

This server files are not emulator, are leaked retail files, so it's not treated like same.

About the tera shock problem, there's a fix but i don't remember where i saw it, but do not waste your time since it's not finished.

Since those server files are official ones, yes, you can see each other and have all funcionabilities like dungeons, battlegrounds, seasonal events, cosmetics etc.

You don't have to configure any odbc, make sure to use the "sa" user password you set when you installed SQL Server (Check step 3 of this thread)

Also, if you configure the "sa" password correctly in DeploymentConfig.xml and stil closes automaticatly, then check if your SQL Server is listening for connections, check this

Do the same step in SQL Native Client 11.0....
