if i remember well setup for all version are same . tutorial in section here on rz as well on youtube .

Config files are in same folders and are named sane as well look inside same except few new lines what are not so important with config like old one bro.... So yes shortly. They are same configs only version of server different lol
There should be patch folder with old noip fix for your 1.9 what will let you login into game. By the way.

If that make you feel better I find for you tutorial for 1.5.
