i ve tried every single patch and bin thingy with no result
i require backup,the servur is working but the client either loads and crash or says sync file changed or dont even boot and shows error

Did you try to change start.bat entry to : vindictus.exe -stage -dev -lang en-eu-x-gm -noupdate ? And about error: synch file changed stuff you need same version of UpToDateInfo2.dat as bin

i had to delete uptodate.dat to make game launch idk if thats normal
vindictus.exe -stage -dev -lang en-eu-x-gm -noupdate
now it says failed to login and RESPONSE FOR SERVER DELAYED
also my server doesnt show in the login button

vindictus.exe -stage -dev -lang en-us-x-gm -noupdate
also says server delayed

edit:all working now but i get failed to login msg every 5 min or so

@xlw00tlx, failed to log in pop up can either relog twice to fix it or use a modified heroes.db3.comp.. I can upload mine which contains hagie(sylas) fixed as well.

For those who has Failed to Log in error and wants to add hagie aka Sylas to their EU 165 client and server.
you can use mine

it's only work for eu 1.65 client if you are using 1.69 won't work.

Nope, I dont use Skype.
heroesContents.db3 is for your server

Delete UpToDate.dat and delete or rename _deu_splash and _usa_splash from media folder from client.

Use this guide to add items but make sure you look on heroes.db3 for ItemClass. If not your characters can't receive the items.
Yes just delete UpToDateInfo.dat, your new bin need UpToDateInfo2.dat to launch the client.

He can launch boat, if you said he can't join player's boat. Then I dont know. I tested him on localhost only.
