update the server

Hello, does anyone know if I can update my server from version v1559 to v1601 without losing my characters’ progress?

If there is a way to do this using the binaries, could someone help me with which files need to be replaced?

Hi and yes simply move your uniquenamed database and gamedbd database to the same directory where the 1601 server is made to read character database usually you can see that in gamesys.conf
