Install all those programs downloaded.

Right click on it and select SVN Checkout
On the Checkout Box “URL of Repository” – fill in the link provided above and click OK button and wait until all downloaded and you will notice at the end of the messages that tells you the version number.
Before you can compile core you need to do these steps, you can see these steps inside the readme file of the downloaded SVN.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Navigate to the directory:
D:\ArcCore\branches\extras\arcemu-windows-libraries
2. Copy the files from
d:\ArcCore\branches\extras\arcemu-windows-libraries\VC\include to
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\VC\include.
3. Copy the files from
d:\ArcCore\branches\extras\arcemu-windows-libraries\VC \lib to
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\VC\lib.
4. Next, you need to compile the zlib and PCRE libraries. Open the
d:\ArcCore\branches\extras\arcemu-windows-libraries\Sources VC90-solution.sln
5. From the Menu Visual C++ 2008 Express Edition:
Click > Build > Configuration Manager, then change debug to release, then click OK.
Press F7 key to compile, when it is done. This should make a folder called Output_Release. In this folder you should find pcre.lib and zlib.lib. Copy these two .lib files into
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\VC\lib
6. Now another two dll files from
D:\ArcCore\branches\extras\arcemu-windows-libraries\DLL to
C:\Windows\System32 or to your compiled
core folder.
7. This only has to be done once! When you update ArcEmu, you do not need to do these steps again.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Now you are ready to compile.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Open
d:\ArcCore\trunk\win\arcemuVC90.sln
Click > Build > Configuration Manager, then change debug to release, then click OK. Press F7 key to compile
Next is to compile scripts
Open
d:\ArcCore\trunk\src\scripts\ scripts2008.sln
Again Click > Build > Configuration Manager, then change debug to release, then click OK. Press F7 key to compile
Do the same with
ExtraScripts2008.sln
Now you’re done
Copy the files from
d:\ArcCore\trunk\bin\Release, and all the files necessary from the other directories to run your own compiled core server.
------------------------------------------------------------------
If you want to add Sun++
Do these first before the above compile steps.
1. Copy
d:\Sun++\Trunk folder to d:\ArcCore\trunk\src.
2. Right click on
d:\ArcCore\trunk and select >TortoiseSVN >Apply Patch
3. Locate the file of sun++ :
d:\ArcCore\trunk\src\Trunk\Patches\ ArcEmu Core Patch.patch and click open, a message may appear suggesting the right file to patch just click yes.
4. On the left side of TortoiseMerge a box named File Patches right click on it and select patch all. Wait till its done, then save and close.
5. Now do the same with scripts.
5.1. Right click on
d:\ArcCore\trunk\scr\trunk and select >TortoiseSVN >Apply Patch
5.2. Locate the file of sun++ :
d:\ArcCore\trunk\src\Trunk\Patches\ArcEmu Script Patch.patch and click open, a message may appear suggesting the right file to patch just click yes.
5.3. On the left side of TortoiseMerge a box named File Patches right click on it and select patch all. Wait till its done, then save and close.
Now you are ready to compile, just do the above compile steps.
Now if you encounter core crashes and some sort, visit the core provider’s website, register and submit the errors/crashes you encountered.
Aside from this, it is just a matter of Search / Read / Trial and Error and when things not right ask experts here in RAGEZONE or Google it!
And that is all, no secrets and no re-authoring. Good Luck!
