How to edit countdown timer when switching char/server (SOLVED)

I managed to edit and compile a open source 6.3 server but i could not find which source/header is doing the count down timer during char switch, server switch and exit game, right now is instant but i want it to be 5 seconds like the original. Please any lead is very appreciated!
