[SOLVED] Help on select base!

Hi man,
im a developer of Point Blank Rage. Im sorry for my bad english!

In the last time we have work a lot on java 8x8 source and we have take this new fix:
•Shop 100% fix
•Weapon at qty (95%)
•Weapon at day (75%)
•Title 100% (give weapon and save on db)
•Client config
•Bomb and eliminate 75%

and a lot of new fix.

But we have do a test and the stability is 0!!

Now we are making a server from 0 and im confuse from what language of programming use.

1) What can I use for make a server?
C# or Java ?? (I mean from 0, not editing the existing server)

2) Which is bester for db?
Select everytime from database or create a dictionary foreach model? Example dictionary with account ecc..
