What phone do you use?

I am currently changing phone as my Blackberry Torch is freezing.

So I want to know what phone do you use and would you recommend it to people?


Loads of people have a variety of phones from A 'Granny's Nokia' or a Iphone4s .

I personally use a Samsung Galaxy GIO, it's not the best but it gets the job done...

I use the Nokia N900, which comes with Maemo, a Debian derivative. That means you can run native Debian application, like KOffice or Firefox (the desktop version).

It has neat features like an FM transmitter and IrDA, which I'm missing in current phones.
It's outdated, but I love it

What they tell on their site is no scam. My phone fell out of a moving car and I retrieved it unharmed. Not a single scratch on it.

and if you want an iphone MIUI is a cheap alternative ;P

TMOUS HTC HD2 (Leo) dual booting between Windows Phone 7.5 (build 8107) and Android 4.0.3 (CM9).

Also take a Nokia 101 with me out on the bike just in case I run into trouble and got no battery left (GPS use on the HD2 is a killer).

Good old Nokia N95 8GB. People make a lot of memes about Nokias but they are motherfucking indestructible. iPhones break like thin ice.

Both are amazing phones. If you wanted the best of the best smart phones, I'd say choose either the Galaxy S2, or either of these phones. You wouldn't be disappointed.
