CD suddenly reads empty?

Hi, I bought Flight Simulator for about 70$ last year, after i installed it i packed it up and kept it a side. I formatted my PC yesterday and now when i run the CD it says that its empty. Wtf?

Any Suggestions?

any idea how can i fix this? Really pissed right now cz its not a cheap cd.
